## Employment

Open positions:
- Landscaping Laborers — no experience required, on-the-job training provided
- Sprinkler Technicians — irrigation experience preferred; mechanical/troubleshooting skills; plumbing or landscaping background a plus
- Backflow Tester — must be licensed with the State of Ohio

Requirements: valid driver's license for all positions.

Work expectations: seasonal roles with return opportunities year over year, physical outdoor work, fast-paced during peak season, some winter work available for select team members. The company promotes from within.
